ACROSS CRM is a CRM and marketing automation solution that collects and automatically categorizes website visitor data to execute personalized marketing campaigns automatically. It enables sophisticated segment targeting based on customers' shopping behavior patterns (visits, cart additions, purchase history, etc.), and induces repeat visits and purchase conversions throughout the entire customer journey via on-site (pop-up) and off-site (SMS, AlimTalk, FriendTalk) channels. Campaign execution using personalized variables (name, ID, email, membership level, etc.) is possible without separate development resources.
